Match #1 Umaga vs CM Punk
-Late in the match, Punk went for the GTS, but couldn't connect. Umaga took over and hit a splash in the corner of the ring. He then connected with the Samoan Spike for the win.
Match #2 (ECW Championship Match)
Christian (c) vs Jack Swagger
-Late in the match, Swagger countered a Kill Switch attempt into a suplex. Swagger then tried to finish it with the gut wrench, but Christian escaped and rolled up Swagger for the 3.
Match #3 John Morrison vs Shelton Benjamin
-Charlie Haas accompanied Shelton to the ring. Late in the match, Haas jumped up on the apron but Morrison quickly disposed of him. Morrison hit a Starship Pain and got the pin.
The Miz came to the ring for a promo. He calls out John Cena and makes fun of the Chicago crowd. He compares Cena to the Chicago Cubs, calling them both lovable losers. Miz notes that Cubs center fielder Alfonso Soriano is at ringside watching. He inquires about why Soriano does Cena's hand gesture every time he hits a home run. Miz jokes, saying it means that there is no World Series ring. The Miz challenges Soriano to enter the ring but he doesn't. Miz takes out his phone and says he is getting a call from Cubs manager Lou Piniella, with Lou saying that he wants Soriano to get his yearly injury during a game.
Match #4 (Intercontinental Championship Match)
Rey Mysterio (c) b. Chris Jericho
-Late in the match, Jericho was in control. Mysterio mustered up a counter and hit a 619 and springboard for the win.
Match #5 (WWE Championship Match)
Batista vs Randy Orton (c) Orton retains his title by a disqualification
-Orton went for the RKO late in the match but was thrown into the ref. Orton slapped the ref, getting him DQ'd.
Post-match, Legacy came down and assaulted Batista. Ric Flair came out and took out Cody while Batista hit the Batista Bomb on Orton. Batista then took out DiBiase. Flair and Batista celebrate in the ring.
Match #6 John Cena vs Big Show
-At the end of the match, Big Show was poised for a Chokeslam, but Cena countered into an Attitude Adjustment and the pin.
Match #7 (World Heavyweight Championship Match)
Edge (c) b. Jeff Hardy
-The main event of the evening saw Edge defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Hardy. While Hardy managed to avoid both the spear and the Edgecution, he managed to hit the Twist of Fate twice, though didn't get the three count. While brawling outside, Edge hit a mid-air spear while Hardy ran along the barrier. Edge made it back to ring as the referee began to count Hardy out. As Jeff recovered on the outside, Matt Hardy ran through the crowd and nailed Jeff with his cast. Jeff managed to make it back to the ring before the ten count. He then hit the Whisper in the Wind and set Edge up for the Swanton Bomb. However, the shot from Matt's cast slowed Jeff down and caused him to partially slip from the turnbuckle. As he staggered on the top rope, Edge climbed up and nailed him with a top-rope Edgecution, pinning him and retaining the title.
